• Device type, browser, and general location (city-level) for functionality like the location filter

How We Use It

• Process ticket purchases and send confirmations
• Deliver QR codes and ticket access
• Show you events near your location
• Communicate important updates about events you've purchased tickets for
• Improve the Platform and fix issues

We do not use your data to serve third-party ads. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Cavurn works with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate core Platform functionality — such as payment processing and location services. We share only the minimum information required for these services to function. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Cavurn uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your city preference, and improve your experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly as a result.
