Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cavurn ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Cavurn. These terms apply to all visitors, users, event promoters, and anyone who purchases tickets through the Platform.

What Cavurn Does

Cavurn is a platform for discovering and promoting underground events — live music, raves, DJ sets, and cultural gatherings. We connect event promoters with attendees. Cavurn is not the organizer of any event listed on the Platform.

User Accounts

To purchase tickets or promote events, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, all activity that occurs under your account, and providing accurate and current information. Cavurn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Tickets & Purchases

All ticket purchases include a Cavurn service fee. By completing a purchase you agree that the service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Outside of a full event cancellation, all sales are final. Cavurn acts solely as a facilitator — the promoter is responsible for the event.

By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that entry may be refused by event staff at their discretion and that you must comply with all venue rules and local laws.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cavurn service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event of a full event cancellation by the promoter, Cavurn may issue a refund of the ticket face value only, at Cavurn's discretion. Postponed events are not eligible for refunds. For full details see our Refund Policy.

No Responsibility for Events

Cavurn is not responsible for anything that happens at any event listed on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to injuries, accidents, property damage, altercations, medical emergencies, or any other incident occurring before, during, or after an event. Attendance is entirely at your own risk. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event discovered through Cavurn, you release Cavurn and its team from any and all claims arising from your attendance.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a valid purchase is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being permanently suspended from the Platform. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before disputing with your bank.

Promoter Responsibilities

If you list events on Cavurn as a promoter, you agree to provide accurate event information, hold all required permits, comply with local laws, honor tickets sold through the Platform, and notify ticket holders of any cancellations or significant changes in a timely manner. You agree not to list events that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or harm.

Promoter payouts are held for a period following the event date. Promoters who cancel events are subject to account suspension. Promoters with two or more cancellations may be permanently removed from the Platform. Cavurn reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, resell tickets at inflated prices without permission, attempt to hack or interfere with the Platform, impersonate any person or entity, or harass other users or promoters.

Intellectual Property

All content on Cavurn — including the name, logo, design, and code — is owned by Cavurn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent. Event promoters retain ownership of their own content but grant Cavurn a license to display it on the Platform.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cavurn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cavurn's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket in question, excluding service fees.

Privacy

Your use of Cavurn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Cavurn you consent to our data practices as described therein.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Cavurn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
