Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
Cavurn charges a service fee on every ticket purchase. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations, postponements, or any other reason. By completing a purchase, you agree to this.
Cancelled Events
If an event is fully cancelled by the promoter, Cavurn will issue a refund of the ticket face value only, at Cavurn's discretion, to the original payment method. The Cavurn service fee will not be returned. Cavurn is not liable for any additional costs incurred in connection with your attendance plans, such as transportation or accommodation.
Postponed Events
Postponed events are not eligible for refunds. Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, that is outside the scope of Cavurn's refund obligations.
All Other Sales Are Final
Outside of a full event cancellation, all ticket sales are final. Cavurn does not issue refunds for change of mind, personal conflicts, or any other reason. We are a facilitator — not the organizer — of events on this Platform.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being permanently suspended. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before disputing with your bank.
Promoter Accountability
Promoter payouts are held for a period following the event date. Promoters who cancel events are subject to account suspension. Promoters with two or more cancellations may be permanently removed from the Platform.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
